Por si no sabes qué es una doula: una doula es una acompañante de apoyo emocional, físico e informativo durante el embarazo, el parto y el posparto. Estoy ahí para escucharte, cuidarte, ayudarte a sentirte segura y acompañada, y para apoyarte a tomar decisiones informadas según tus valores y deseos—ya sea que planees un parto en hospital, centro de partos o en casa.

Acepto OHP -Trillium Community Health Plan, para que el acompañamiento de doula sea accesible sin costo para ti.

El apoyo incluye visitas prenatales, medidas de confort y acompañamiento durante el parto, y cuidado amoroso durante la cuarentena como baños de hierbas, sobadas y otras terapias para el auto-cuidado.
