🎉 Patient Success Story! 🎉
🔷This patient presented to Respire Physical Therapy following an ACL tear and post op surgical🏥 ACL reconstruction. After surgery, he was experiencing knee pain💥, quad weakness, decreased knee stability, and difficulty walking.

🔷 In this video📹, the patient is doing knee stability⚠️ training with a BOSU ball and weight perturbations. This exercise helps improve👍 knee stability, strengthen quadriceps and surrounding hip muscles, increases knee coordination, and improves overall function after ACL reconstruction.
