June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month.

This month, we’re helping break the stigma, raise awareness, and encourage conversations around men’s mental health.

The reality is that men are nearly four times more likely to die by su***de than women. Too many men carry struggles in silence, believing they have to figure it out on their own.

But you don’t have to walk through it alone.

We believe healing happens when we bring our struggles into the light, reach out for support, and take the next step toward hope. Whether that means talking to a friend, a pastor, a counselor, or a trusted loved one, your voice matters.

You are not alone. You are valued. There is hope.
