Wood County Board of DD is excited to share that, as part of their Tech Hub Expansion grant, they have partnered with Kan Du Group to create a 3D printing program!

Individuals served by all county boards of DD in Ohio can request 3D printed items and they will be shipped directly to them.

Limit of 2 for free. Subject to availability.

Families and caregivers of AAC users - your voice matters! 💙

A graduate student from the The University of Toledo is conducting research on caregiver experiences with AAC, including access to communication supports, barriers, education, and overall support systems.

I am so honored to serve on the board of the iTaalk Autism Foundation. Today we had the opportunity to award grants to help incredible families gain access to communication supports and AAC applications that can make a meaningful difference in their child’s daily life.

These events always remind me how powerful it is when families come together, share experiences, ask questions, and leave feeling supported with a plan moving forward. We are so fortunate to have such passionate professionals, organizations, and resources here in Northwest Ohio dedicated to helping families navigate various aspects of life with individuals with disabilities.
