🦅 Memorial Day Office Closure

Mountain View Pediatrics will be closed on Monday, May 25th, in observance of Memorial Day.

As we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country, we wish all of our families a safe and meaningful holiday weekend. ❤️🤍💙

🏈 Sports season is approaching! ⚽️🏀🏐

We understand families are looking for convenient sports physical options, and we want parents to know that sports clearance can be completed as part of your child’s annual well check.

For students participating in AIA sports, physicals for the upcoming school year can be completed on or after March 1st. Current AIA forms can be found on our website at https://www.mvpeds.com/Forms-Policies/Forms

A well visit allows your child’s provider to do much more than sign a sports form. It is a chance to review overall health, growth, development, mental wellness, immunizations, and any concerns that could impact safe sports participation.

Summer appointments fill quickly, so now is a great time to schedule before fall sports begin!

The last quarter of the school year is a great time to discuss school concerns and get your sports physicals done for next year! In Arizona, sports physicians must be conducted on or after March 1st. It will then be valid for the entire upcoming school year!
