Mental health is health, and taking care of it is a powerful act of strength. This Men’s Health Month, let us celebrate showing up for ourselves and each other, speaking openly, and reaching out when we need support. You’re not alone, and prioritizing your well-being is something to be proud of. 💙

Finding the right level of care is an important step toward healing. At Park Royal Hospital, we offer both Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for adults and seniors, providing structured, supportive treatment while allowing patients to maintain aspects of their daily routine.

Our PHP offers a higher level of support than traditional outpatient care, while IOP serves as a flexible step-down or step-up option depending on individual needs. Both programs are designed to help individuals build stability, develop coping skills, and continue progress in their recovery journey.
