300+ practices. Since 2010, Indra’s Grace has been serving Weatherford, Texas with over 200 students that join weekly. We are a conscious community committed to spreading the teachings of traditional Yoga. We are committed to the evolution and flowering of all beings. Our mission is to offer integrative, well-rounded, and expanded practices from many Yogic traditions to support our students and contribute to raising human consciousness. We are passionate about sharing Yoga in a very traditional way which includes weaving in dharma, pranayama, meditation, asana, and mindfulness into each of our classes. Our goal is to empower students with tools for self-care, self-healing, self-management, and awakening. If you are a seeker looking for connection and finding deeper meaning beyond achievements, desires, trials, and sorrows, the "stuff" of daily life, Yoga practice can be a pathway towards lasting equanimity and peace. Whether you've begun to discover the insights that arise with the practice of Yoga and you want to go further, or you want to move beyond the old narratives that no longer serve you, Indra's Grace provides the scaffolding for growth from beginner to advanced yogi. Yoga, when practiced regularly, can be life-changing in positive ways. Our mission is to offer a space for ALL people regardless of age, race, religious background, and level to feel welcome. We love creating an inviting atmosphere that is inclusive of students of all ages and levels of practice. We are the first studio in Fort Worth that offers classes for beginners, seniors, chair yoga, kundalini yoga, vinyasa, restorative, hatha, and more. Our teachers are highly educated and trained to offer you the highest quality of Yoga for stress reduction, ease of mobility, strength, flexibility, and spiritual awakening. Most of our teachers have over 500 hours of Yoga education. We are a registered Yoga school through Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour and advanced 300-hour level. We offer Yoga teacher training that is certified and popular for those seeking Yoga as a lifestyle, not just an exercise program. Come join us! We truly have something for everyone and look forward to serving you. Indra's Grace is an invitation for you to realize your capacity for growth and development. Won't you come join us?

Hello, friends. I thought I would take a moment to introduce myself or reintroduce myself here. I'm Sandra Vanatko, a yoga therapist and meditation teacher in Fort Worth, and I've been teaching for almost twenty years. I wanted to share something I come back to again and again.

Your body usually knows before your mind does. The next time you're weighing a decision, picture yourself saying yes and notice what happens in your chest and belly. Then picture saying no and notice again. You don't have to act on anything yet. You're just practicing listening to your body before you potentially override it.

That kind of embodied listening is at the heart of the teacher training we are opening this January, the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, for the first time since January of 2025. It's hybrid, so you can join us in person in Fort Worth or live online, and it's for anyone who wants to deepen their own practice, whether or not they plan to teach.

If you already hold your 200-hour certification, I'm also opening a small 300-Hour Advanced Training with room for four teachers, by application, for those ready to go deeper and step into a mentoring role.

I'm hosting four free informationals on Zoom in November if you'd like to ask questions and get a feel for how I teach. And I'd love to know, what first drew you to yoga, or what keeps you coming back to it?

Here are the details. The free Zoom informationals are Tuesday, November 10 at 7:00 pm, Tuesday, November 17 at 9:00 am, Sunday, November 22 at 10:30 am, and Tuesday, November 24 at 7:00 pm, all Central Time.

You can read about the 200-hour here: https://www.sandravanatko.com/200-yoga-teacher-training/ and the 300-hour here: https://www.sandravanatko.com/300-hour-yoga-teacher-training/.

Early access opens November 1, and I'm happy to answer anything below.

Imagine making a decision for yourself this November that changes your 2027 in the best way possible.

It doesn’t have to be a dramatic leap. It can be one choice, made with a steady breath, that you look back on next spring and feel in your body: sitting a little taller, breathing a little deeper, a little more room in your chest, and a little more steady when something hard comes.

That is what we are holding for the 200-hour teacher training, eight weekends from January 23 to May 23, 2027, in Fort Worth and live online. Maybe you’ll teach. Maybe you’ll simply know yourself and the people around you in a way you don’t yet.

Early bird registration opens November 1 and saves $500. If you join the early access list, you’ll get the registration link a day early, on October 31, and the moment you register you receive a free pass to The Practice, so the hours toward your certification start counting right away. The link is in the bio.

You don’t have to feel ready to begin.

So many of us wait for the feeling of readiness, and what I’ve noticed in nearly twenty years of teaching is that the nervous system rarely feels certain before the first step. Readiness tends to arrive after you begin, once you’re supported and moving at a pace your body can stay with. The body isn’t asking for certainty. It’s asking for steadiness.

That’s how we have built this training. Eight weekends, every one recorded so a hard week never means falling behind, and a free pass to The Practice the day you register.

Early bird opens November 1 and runs through November 30 and saves $500.

Register in early November and you can start collecting your hours toward certification about two months before we meet in January.

The early access list hears first and gets the link on October 31. The link is in the bio, and if you’re not sure yet, that’s welcome here too.

My favorite part of how Rooted is structured: bring a friend, and you each get the retreat for $699. I built it this way on purpose. There's something about doing somatic work alongside someone you already trust that makes the staying easier, and honestly, more fun. Three days in Grapevine this November — who would you bring? Link in bio to reserve your spot.
