What a beautiful morning of movement, connection, and community! 💚

Our last Therapist Walkie Talkies meetup brought mental health professionals together for a refreshing walk along the scenic Back Bay Loop Trail in Newport Beach. 🚶‍♀️☀️

From meaningful conversations to plenty of laughs and fresh air, it was a wonderful reminder that community and connection are an important part of our own wellness, too. 🌱

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this meetup so special! We loved seeing colleagues step away from the day-to-day, get outside, and connect with one another. 👟💚
