It is with a broken heart that I share the sad news about my beloved buddy, Sherman.

On Monday, we took him to the vet because we knew something wasn’t right. After several tests, it was determined that he needed surgery on Wednesday. During the procedure, we received the devastating news that Sherman had advanced cancer in his liver.

Faced with an incredibly difficult decision, we chose to let him go peacefully rather than allow him to endure any more suffering. It was a heartbreaking goodbye to a boy who brought so much love and happiness into our lives.

Sherman may no longer be by our side, but he will forever remain in our hearts. During his 7-years of life, he was deeply loved, and we will miss him more than words can ever express. ❤️
