Karmel Connections I am a certified life coach and Reiki practitioner. I love experimenting spiritual practice &sharing experiences! Reiki became the missing piece.

I am Mridula Wittke - Reiki Master Teacher, energy healer and author, based in Gilbert, Arizona. After years in corporate IT leadership I followed a deeper calling - training as life coach and discovering that true healing begins from within. I have been practicing the Usui system and now teach students how to heal themselves first, so they can hold space for others with genuine presence. I offer

in-person Reiki sessions, small goup courses across Level 1,2,and 3, and I am the author of "The Complete Usui Reiki Manual &Journal" book, available on Amazon.
