Pebble Ranch Senior Living is officially at 100% capacity, and we couldn't be more excited! This incredible milestone is all thanks to our amazing team members who work every day to make our community a wonderful place for our residents to call home. ❤️

Of course, we had to celebrate in a BIG way! 🎊 Our Executive Director Bri, Director of Health & Wellness Kat, Vibrant Life Director Toniann, and Business Office Manager Alyssa all took the plunge and jumped into the pool! 🏊‍♀️😂 It was such a fun way to celebrate this amazing accomplishment together!

Our Wild West Spirit Week was full of fun, and our Wild West Hoedown was definitely a highlight!

Our residents and team members enjoyed delicious food, live music, laughter, and great company as we kicked up our boots and enjoyed an afternoon together. It was the perfect way to make memories, have a little fun, and embrace our Wild West spirit! 🤠🌵

We had a wonderful visit from students at the Chandler Learning Center, who joined our Pebble Ranch residents for an afternoon of board games, laughter, conversation, and connection!

What happens when you ask the amazing team at Pebble Ranch how they'd like to celebrate becoming a Great Place to Work® Certified community? 🎳

They said... BOWLING!

Since it's not easy to get our entire team together off-site, we brought the bowling alley to us with a bowling party bus! It was an afternoon filled with strikes, laughs, friendly competition, and even the discovery of a hidden talent: one of our housekeepers turned out to be quite the bowler! For those who preferred something different, there were plenty of games to enjoy, along with delicious hot dogs to keep everyone fueled for the fun.

We also had the privilege of celebrating our Employee of the Quarter, Keka, whose dedication and compassion make a difference in the lives of our residents and teammates every day.

Our Amalfi Coast Spirit Week transported residents to the sun-soaked shores of Italy, and one of the highlights was an unforgettable w**e tasting experience led by our talented Culinary Director, Mako. Residents enjoyed thoughtfully curated food and w**e pairings, delicious Italian-inspired flavors, and wonderful conversation that made everyone feel like they were dining along the Mediterranean.

🇺🇸❤️ At Pebble Ranch Senior Living, we celebrated 250 years of American freedom in star-spangled style!

Our community gathered for an all-American BBQ featuring mouthwatering ribs, juicy sliders, hot dogs, and all the classic summertime favorites. The celebration got even bigger when Uncle Sam and Lady Liberty stopped by on stilts, dazzling everyone with fun tricks, laughs, and patriotic cheer!
