💡Low back pain + tight-feeling hips don’t always mean you need more stretching. Sometimes, that feeling of “tightness” can actually be your body compensating for hip weakness.

👍 Your hips need strength throughout their full range of motion — not just flexibility. When the muscles around the hips aren’t strong enough to control those ranges, other areas may start picking up the slack.

So before you spend another 20 minutes stretching those “tight” hips, consider this: they might need strengthening instead. 💪

🌟 A good rehab program looks at both mobility AND strength to figure out what your body actually needs.

💡Forward head posture, or “tech neck,” happens when your head shifts in front of your shoulders. This is increasingly common with the daily use of phones, tablets, and computers!

Over time, this can contribute to:

* Neck stiffness & reduced mobility
* Upper-trap tension
* Tension headaches
* Muscle fatigue

Try: chin tucks, rows, wall angels, deep neck flexor exercises, thoracic extensions, and pec stretches.

Quick posture check: Keep ears over shoulders, gently tuck your chin, relax your shoulders, and bring screens closer to eye level.

Small adjustments can make a big difference!

đź’ˇNot all isometrics are created equal. Depending on the stage of rehab and your goals, you can use:

🔹 Yielding Isometrics
🔹 Quasi-Isometrics
🔹 Overcoming Isometrics

Each variation provides a different stimulus and can help progressively load the tendon as strength and tolerance improve.
