I'm excited to be able to offer personalized therapy by utilizing an eclectic approach to meet your needs. I have a great passion to work with those who have experienced difficulties, traumas, or any experience that has left you feeling out of control. I have had the pleasure to work with children ages 3+, adolescents, and adults. I am a staunch supporter of providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care as we

ll as trauma informed care. Whether the roadblock is anxiety, stress, or depression I am looking forward to help support you in your goals. I currently utilize an array of techniques including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and play therapy. Your care will depend on your interest and needs. I strongly believe in the power and strength that each person has to work together with me as a team to meet their own goals and make great strides in treatment towards success. You are navigator in healing while I walk alongside providing education, skills, and support.

Today is International Transgender Day of Visibility.

Founded in 2009 by activist Rachel Crandall, this day was created to celebrate trans lives and experiences while bringing attention to the ongoing need for safety, equity, and affirmation. It exists alongside days of remembrance, offering space to honor not just loss, but also joy, resilience, and the fullness of trans identities.

This day is also a reminder that visibility is complex. For many, being seen is empowering. For others, it may not feel safe or accessible. Trans people deserve respect, affirming care, and the ability to live authentically in ways that feel right for them.

If you’re wondering how to show support today, start small and intentionally. Use people’s correct names and pronouns, speak up when you hear harmful language, and take time to listen to trans voices without centering yourself. Support can also look like educating yourself, donating if you’re able, or simply creating safer, more affirming spaces in your everyday life.

If you are part of the trans community, you are valid, your identity is real, and you deserve support, dignity, and protection every single day.
