Callie visits Mercy Gilbert Medical Center every Friday. We're not allowed to take pictures inside (and we're usually too busy anyway).
Today's visit was a typical day with some special visits added in.
One patient cried and said we made his day. Told Callie she was beautiful and he loved her. (She is and I do too)
Another patient was a repeat patient visit for us, we saw her a couple months ago. Callie remembered her. She also does Therapy Dog work, it was a very special visit. I hope she is able to resume her visits with her pups soon.
A mother stopped us in the hallway and asked if we would visit her son, he loves goldens. Of course we did. Absolutely 💯.

Some people say to me that it must be hard, sad, difficult for us at the hospital. After all, nobody really "wants" to be there.
We Do. We want to be there Every Single Week. For just these visits.
Just changing 1 person's day, sometimes on one of their worst days is an amazing day for us.

Callie and I found a sweet pupdoodle running down the street this morning. When we finally caught him (treats helped!) Callie welcomed him right into the PUPTAXY 😉
We found his family and still made it to Mercy Gilbert Medical Center for half of her shift.
She still got to spread a few smiles this morning ❤️
