For the longest time, I thought confidence would come from accomplishing more, earning more, fixing more, or becoming more.

What I didn’t realize was that so much of what I was chasing was actually nervous system safety.

A regulated nervous system won’t solve every problem, but it makes life feel a lot less like survival mode.

The glow up wasn’t becoming someone new.

It was finally feeling safe enough to be myself.

Life has been filled with being a full time parent to this toddler but it is so fulfilling & rewarding 💓 my lil pumpkin baby has been doing so well at training too! He’s definitely on his way to be the best therapy dog 🎃
