HE DID IT! Dr. Art Ulene celebrated his 90th birthday at the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro today, making him the oldest person to ever summit. After months of preparation and 13 days on the climb, he blew out the candles on a special cake his guides baked for him (at 18,000 feet!) after watching the sun rise from above the clouds. 🎂 We're inspired by Art's amazing achievement, and we wish him a safe trek back down. We'll share photos from his adventure soon!
