Please join us in celebrating Kaitlyn Perez, Nurse Practitioner, as she celebrates 4 years with Legacy! 🎉

As a nurse practitioner, Kaitlyn is passionate about advocating for the elderly population, especially those who are no longer able to advocate for themselves. Serving the Bismarck-Mandan area, she cares for many individuals who share the community she calls home, making her work especially meaningful.

Kaitlyn shared, “The small moments of listening, building trust, and supporting patients and families are what make this work so meaningful.” At Legacy, we are proud to see that dedication reflected in the compassionate, patient-centered care she provides each day.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys life with her two daughters, as well as crafting, yoga, concerts, and caring for her three animals.

Wanda spent 45+ years in healthcare, and she still carries it with her today. Now she’s the one being cared for…and yes, she notices everything. The difference between “checked on” and truly cared for. She sees it. She feels it. She appreciates it.

After 45 years in healthcare, Wanda knows the difference between being treated and being truly cared for and why it matters more than ever.

Please join us in celebrating Anna Rosenberg, Nurse Practitioner serving the Hermantown area, who recently celebrated three years with Legacy!

Anna earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and her Master of Science in Nursing from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth. With experience in both family practice and geriatrics, she is committed to delivering patient-centered care that supports the physical, emotional, and social aspects of health while building trusted relationships with every patient she serves.

Outside of work, Anna stays busy with her two new puppies, Charlie and Lola, who keep life fun and full.

Anna, your dedication to compassionate, relationship-focused care makes a meaningful impact every day. We are so thankful to have you as part of the team. 💙
