Construction Update. There is no longer access off Columbia Road directly. Two routes are available. Take 13th Ave to Rider road and go south to 17th or take 20th Ave to 25th street and go north to 17th. (See green on map below) From 17th, there is a temporary access "road" that goes up and over the curb and berm into the parking lot. (Green with arrows on smaller map). Use care as construction vehicles are using the same road. Call (701)746-8636 with any questions.

Today through Wednesday (hopefully). Traffic signal is off, no turn lane from the south. No access at all from west on 17th. Only access is off Columbia Rd (both north and south) to the north side of 17th. One way travel in and out (black arrows) to the temporary driveway as before. Again, use caution as traffic flows both ways as before starting at the temporary driveway. When you leave, you will only be able to turn right to go north on Columbia.

We ARE OPEN! Now in addition to 17th Ave being closed to the east, Xcel Energy is tearing out our driveway to work underneath it. Access is via a temporary gravel ramp over the berm and sidewalk. Use caution as traffic flows both ways into parking lot (green arrows) as well as both ways to apartments behind us to the east (blue arrow).

17th Avenue S is now closed from our driveway to the east (orange line) but office can be accessed from Columbia Rd and 17th ave from the west. Please be aware that Roughrider Apartments will be using a temporary road where the sidewalk was (red line) so will add traffic to our driveway.
