🦋Today, our residents released our monarch butterflies after spending the past several weeks watching them grow from tiny caterpillars into beautiful, delicate butterflies. 🦋

It has been such a special experience to witness each stage of their journey together. From caterpillars to chrysalides and finally to butterflies ready to spread their wings, this project brought wonder, excitement, and many smiles along the way.

Watching them take flight today was a touching reminder of growth, transformation, and the beauty found in every stage of life. ❤️

We’ve been keeping a little secret surprise! 🦋

Introducing our growing butterfly family! This morning, they officially started working themselves into their cocoons, and our residents are so excited to watch the transformation unfold.

Stay tuned for weekly updates as we follow their journey all the way to the big Monarch Butterfly release at the end of June! 💛

Happy Mother’s Day weekend from all of us at Grand Villa Assisted Living! 💐

We celebrated the amazing mothers in our community with friends and family, live music by Guz Meza, delicious tea, and sweet snacks. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with laughter, love, and special memories!

To all of our mom residents and families — thank you for the love, strength, and joy you bring every day. Wishing you a beautiful and Happy Mother’s Day! 💖

Grand Villa Assisted Living hosted its third annual Easter egg hunt yesterday, which drew hundreds of attendees— and even a visit from some furry friends up for adoption at Happy Little Rescue 🐰⬇️

Thank you so much to everyone who came out and spent part of your day with us — we had so much fun and loved seeing all of you there! 💛

We missed Mr. Al Capony at today’s event — please keep Grand Valley Horse Rescue in your thoughts and send all the good vibes and healing their way. They could really use the extra love right now!

A special thank you to Emily Hearn at Empop Balloons for graciously setting up the balloons — her work was absolutely stunning! 🎈 We highly recommend her for any of your balloon décor needs (especially with graduations right around the corner!).

Happy Little Rescue also joined us with some adorable fuzzy friends and brought so much joy to the event! 🐾 They even helped rescue a lost pup who came looking for help and got them safely back to their owners — how amazing is that?!
