We celebrated today with a refreshing Watermelon Social and had a little extra fun by dressing in our best watermelon-inspired colors—green and red! From sweet treats to plenty of smiles and laughter, it was a wonderful way to enjoy the day together.

Donna is one of our wonderful Resident Ambassadors here at Grand Villa Assisted Living!

From the moment a new resident arrives, Donna helps them feel right at home. Whether she’s answering questions, sharing stories, introducing new neighbors, or simply offering a friendly smile, she’s always ready to lend a helping hand.

Donna is an active part of our community and can often be found participating in activities, sharing laughs, spending time with fellow residents throughout the day, and on rainy, cloudy days like today you’ll likely find Donna crocheting masterpieces!

One of the sweetest ways Donna welcomes new residents is by handcrafting a scarf or a miniature hat as a special “welcome home” gift. It’s thoughtful touches like these that make Grand Villa feel like family.

A rare opportunity is opening at Grand Villa Assisted Living as our beloved Life Enrichment Coordinator prepares to pass the torch.

We're looking for an experienced, compassionate, and creative individual who is passionate about enriching the lives of seniors. This role is responsible for creating engaging activities, meaningful experiences, and opportunities for connection that help make our community feel like home.

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience working with elderly populations
• Relevant experience in activities and senior services
• Ability to obtain and maintain a chauffeur license within 30 days of hire

🚙🤠☀️ Today, we had the honor of celebrating the amazing fathers, grandfathers, and father figures in our community with a special BBQ and car show. Residents and staff also had a blast stepping back in time for our 50’s Day dress-up, bringing plenty of smiles, laughter, and nostalgia to the celebration.

From enjoying hot dogs fresh off the grill to admiring some hot classic cars, everyone had a fantastic time soaking up the summer sunshine and making memories together. Thank you to everyone who helped make today so special for our residents. ❤️

🤠 Yeehaw! Spirit Week is underway at Grand Villa Assisted Living, and today we kicked things off with Cowboy & Cowgirl Day in honor of Father’s Day this weekend!

Residents and team members showed off their western spirit with boots, hats, and plenty of smiles. It was a fun-filled day celebrating the dads, grandpas, and father figures who have made such a lasting impact on our lives.
