🎓🏈 A Bittersweet Graduation! 🏈🎓

This week, we celebrated an incredible milestone as one of our amazing kids graduated from our ABA program and is prepared to begin an exciting new chapter. While we are always thrilled to see our kids reach their goals and gain the skills needed to move forward, saying goodbye is never easy.

Over time, he has touched the hearts of our entire team. Through hard work, perseverance, laughter, and countless memories, he has become an important part of our UP family.

Anyone who knows him knows he is a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan. His love for the Chiefs has brought countless conversations, smiles, and excitement throughout his time with us, so when it came time to choose a graduation gift, there was no question what it should be.

As a token of how much he means to us, our team signed a Chiefs helmet for him to take home—a keepsake filled with encouragement, pride, and the signatures of the people who have cheered him on every step of the way. ❤️💛

Watching our clients grow, achieve their goals, and spread their wings is why we do what we do. We couldn't be prouder of all that he has accomplished and all that lies ahead.

Congratulations on your graduation! We know your future is bright, and we will always be your biggest fans. Just like your Chiefs, keep chasing your goals and never stop believing in yourself. 🌟🏈

Happy Tuesday from Unique Pathways! We hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend with family and friends. 🇺🇸

Before the holiday weekend, our Office Administrator hosted a BBQ for the staff at our Main Street location in Grapevine, and it was such a great time together! We’re thankful for moments like these that allow us to connect, celebrate our team, and enjoy some amazing food before the long weekend.

🇺🇸 In honor of Memorial Day, our office is closed as we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

We are grateful for their courage, dedication, and sacrifice. Wishing all of our families a safe and meaningful holiday weekend. ❤️💙

We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, the 26th.

Today’s clinician lunch was the perfect reminder of how fortunate we are to have such a talented, high-quality, and compassionate group of professionals. Our BCBAs bring dedication, expertise, and genuine care to every child, family, and team member they support each day.

Their commitment to making meaningful differences goes far beyond programming and supervision — they lead with empathy, collaboration, and heart. 💙

We also enjoyed the opportunity to introduce our new BCBA to the team! Welcome to UP, Maddie!!!

We had a great time connecting with Callie Co. Counseling today and learning more about their heart for serving individuals, couples, and families through faith-based counseling and advocacy.

At Unique Pathways, we value partnerships with organizations that are passionate about creating spaces for healing, growth, and empowerment, and it was inspiring to hear Calvasha’s story and vision for the community.

We’re excited about the opportunity to build meaningful connections and continue working together to better serve families across our community. 🤍

Myth 🚫 “ABA therapy is just about making kids act ‘normal.’”

Fact: ABA is about helping individuals build meaningful life skills that support independence, communication, confidence, and quality of life. A good ABA program is personalized to each person’s needs, strengths, and goals, whether that’s learning to communicate wants and needs, developing social skills, improving daily routines, or reducing behaviors that may interfere with safety and learning.

Every individual is different, and ABA should always focus on respect, dignity, and celebrating progress in a way that matters to them.
