We are pausing to celebrate someone who has given so much of herself to this profession, to our team, and to every family she has ever had the honor of serving.
After 14 years with our team, our Managing Funeral Director, Jeane Smits, will be retiring this month.

Jeane came to funeral service with a calling. In her own words, she was drawn to this sacred ministry even as a child, and that dedication has never wavered. Over the course of her 40 years in funeral service, she has walked alongside families on some of their most difficult days, offering comfort, guidance, and a level of care that is truly hard to put into words.

Her compassion for families, her commitment to excellence, and her genuine love for this work have left a mark on our team and our community that will not soon be forgotten.

Jeane, it has been our absolute honor. We wish you all the rest, joy, and peace you so deeply deserve.
