Grounding helps bring the body and nervous system back into the present moment.
For many neurodivergent individuals, grounding through movement, nature, sensory input and calming routines can help reduce overwhelm and create a greater sense of safety, calm and connection.
Sometimes the simplest things, bare feet on the earth, fresh air, movement or hugging a tree can help the nervous system breathe again. 🌿🤍
