Things our regulars tell us happen when they make yoga a weekly habit 👇

— They sleep better. Like, noticeably better.
— The tight spots (shoulders, hips, lower back — you know the ones) start to loosen up.
— They feel less reactive. More space between the stressful thing and their response to it.
— They have one thing each week that's just for them. And that matters.

None of this requires being flexible, athletic, or experienced. It just requires showing up once a week and giving it your best try.

We make the showing up part as easy as possible. The rest takes care of itself. 🌿

You make time for the dentist. For the oil change. For the meeting that could have been an email.

You can make time for this too.

One yoga class a week is 60 minutes. That’s less time than most of us spend scrolling before bed. And the return — less tension, better sleep, feeling like yourself again — is pretty hard to argue with.

You don’t have to overhaul your life. You don’t have to become a yoga person overnight. Just try one class and see how you feel after.

We think you’ll come back. 🧡

Drop-in friendly. Both Helena locations. All levels welcome — especially beginners.

This is Child's Pose. It's one of the first things we do in a lot of class — and one of the most important.

It's not a "resting" pose (though you can rest in it). It's a way of telling your nervous system: you're safe, you can slow down now.

You can do it on a mat, on carpet, on your bed. You can stay for 30 seconds or 10 minutes. There's no wrong way.

If yoga intimidates you, start here. Literally just try this tonight.

We'll be in class teaching more of these if you ever want to join us. 🌿

Something shifts in May in Montana. The days get longer. You start wanting to move your body again. You make little promises to yourself — eat better, sleep more, finally try that thing you've been putting off.

Yoga is a good thing to try in May. Not because of the "new year, new you" pressure — that ship has sailed and honestly good riddance. But because this time of year, your body is already leaning toward feeling good. We just give it somewhere to go.

Beginner-friendly classes, two cozy locations in Helena, no experience needed — ever. What's one thing you've been meaning to try this spring? Tell us below. 👇

We do yoga. The cats do whatever they want. 🐱 Cats on Mats is back — the second Saturday of every month, we partner with the Lewis & Clark Humane Society to bring shelter cats into class with us. You flow. They wander. It's purrrfect.

Every class is a fundraiser for the shelter — your spot on the mat directly supports cats in need of a home. No yoga experience needed. Cat experience optional but appreciated. Spaces are limited and they go fast (almost as fast as the cats claim the warm mats).

Tag someone who needs cats and yoga in their life immediately. 👇

These people. This room. We don't take it for granted — every person who shows up chose to be here, and that means something.

If you've been part of this little community, thank you. If you're watching from the outside and wondering if you'd fit — you would. This is what it looks like.

Tag a friend who should definitely come to yoga with you.

There's something about practicing yoga in Helena. The mountains are right there. The pace of life actually allows for slowness. And the people here — our students — they show up for each other in a way that's pretty rare.

We're not a big-city studio trying to be impressive. We're two small spaces in a town we love, doing something simple: helping people feel good in their bodies. If you live here and you've been curious — we're your neighbors. Come say hi.
