Thoughtful Thursday 💭
How’s your heart?

Sometimes we need to pause long enough to be honest about what’s really going on inside.

A HEART Check isn’t about judgment or condemnation. It’s an opportunity to slow down, process what we’re carrying, and bring it honestly before God.

What we don’t process can begin to fester. But we were never meant to carry everything alone.

Today, take a moment to check your heart. Whatever you find there, give it to God. Let Him meet you in the places that feel heavy, weary, or unsettled.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28

Pause. Check your heart. Give it to God.

And if your heart could use a place to share, be heard, connect, and find encouragement, we invite you to join us tomorrow, Friday at 6:30 PM for Open Share Groups at

This is a space to come as you are, be real, and walk alongside others who are on the journey too. You don’t have to do life alone.

Come. Share. Connect. Find community.
We’d love to have you with us!

Thoughtful Thursday 🧠

A healthy garden needs more than just water. Sometimes it needs pruning. Sometimes the weeds need to be pulled.
Recovery can be much the same.

Resentment.
Bitterness.
People-pleasing.
Negative self-talk.
Old lies.

They can take up space where healthy growth is meant to happen.

Healing isn’t just about planting something new. It’s also about releasing what no longer belongs.

Try this today:
Take a quiet moment and ask yourself, “What thought, habit, or attitude has been taking up space in my heart?”

Then give God permission to help you recognize it, release it, and make room for something healthier.

Sometimes growth begins with letting go.

Ready to grow in community? Join us tomorrow at 6:30 PM at Central Sunrise Mountain for Open Share Groups. Come as you are, share what’s on your heart, listen to others, and take another step toward healing and growth.

There is a seat for you!
