Foot strength is foundational to whole-body health. Strong, mobile feet support better balance, posture, gait mechanics, and joint health all the way up the kinetic chain.
Living in Portugal has made me appreciate how much our environment influences movement. Walking the cobblestone streets in allows my feet to actually feel and respond to the uneven ground instead of being overly cushioned away from it. Every step challenges the feet and ankles to adapt, helping build strength, mobility, balance, and stability naturally. 👣
