Happy Global Running Day!

Today's run wasn't great, but as I was fighting for my life up a hill and spotted some ripe thimbleberries, I was reminded what a privilege it is to be able to take time in my workday to run.
And how running has taken me to some amazing places.
How thankful I am that I've been healthy for so long.
That running has brought me some incredible friends and community.
And (of course), that running supports my love of carbs.
