The Children's Center offers affordable and high-quality early education and childcare services.

The Children’s Center has spent over 50 years nurturing Hilton Head’s youngest learners with affordable, high-quality early education. Our multicultural, bilingual, year-round program gives every child a safe, loving place to grow—socially, emotionally, and academically. As the only local childcare center with a sliding-fee scale, we make sure every family has access to compassionate care, nutritious meals, and the strong foundation every child deserves as they step into kindergarten and beyond.

We are still smiling looking back at last week's visit from Hilton Head Island Fire Rescue! 🚒 They stopped by our Dragonflies class, and the kids had a blast playing games while learning essential water safety skills as part of their summer curriculum. Learning from real-life heroes made the day even more exciting!

For five wonderful years, Ms. Michelle has been the heart of our 1–2-year-old classroom, filling it with joy, creativity, and so many smiles.🥰

She makes magic out of everyday moments, helping our little ones grow as they practice fine motor skills, stack blocks, and explore their world. Ms. Michelle’s natural love for children shines through in everything she does, but her true passion is arts and crafts, where she helps our toddlers bring their big imaginations to life in the sweetest ways!

This past Friday we had the honor of celebrating our 2025-2026 Graduates!

Our Pre-K graduating class hit a massive milestone this year, achieving 95% kindergarten readiness! Watching them grow, learn, and conquer these milestones has been an absolute joy.
