From wearable monitors and nursing pillows to backseat cameras and car seat accessories, knowing how these products are meant to be used matters.

✔️ Know what your baby monitor can and can’t tell you
✔️ Never use loungers or nursing pillows as a sleep space
✔️ Check with your car seat manufacturer before adding accessories
✔️ If you’re worried while driving, pull over safely

Technology can be helpful, but understanding its limits can help keep your baby safe.

At this year’s Employee Recognition Dinner, we celebrated 429 team members marking 20, 25, 30, 35 and more than 40 years with Memorial Healthcare System. 🏥

The evening also recognized 26 recipients of the Memorial Leadership Impact Award and five team members for their extraordinary volunteer service through our H.E.R.O. program.

Thank you to the people who have helped shape Memorial through the years and continue to make a difference every day.
