I’m opening up appointments every other Sunday specifically for children who may need a little extra patience, flexibility, or a calmer haircut experience.

Whether your child has autism, Down syndrome, sensory sensitivities, or just struggles with traditional salon environments, I want to create a space where they can feel more comfortable and be themselves. 🫶🏼

Big worries can live in little minds, too.

OCD isn't just an adult experience. Children can struggle with unwanted thoughts, repetitive behaviors, and worries that feel hard to control.

As parents, we can't always see what's happening inside their minds, but we can offer patience, understanding, and a safe space to talk.

This OCD Awareness Week, remember that children deserve to feel heard, supported, and understood.

A simple check-in can open the door to a conversation your child may not know how to start.

Instead of only asking, “How was school?” try:
💬 Who did you spend time with today?
💬 Did anything happen that made you feel uncomfortable or left out?
💬 Who do you feel safe talking to at school?
💬 Is there anything you wish I knew?

Most importantly—listen, stay curious, and remind them they can always come to you.
