May is Stroke Awareness Month—a reminder that recognizing the signs of a stroke quickly can save a life.

Use F.A.S.T. to spot a stroke:
F – Face drooping: One side of the face may feel numb or appear uneven.
A – Arm weakness: One arm may drift downward or feel weak.
S – Speech difficulty: Slurred or strange speech.
T – Time to call 911: Don’t wait—every minute matters.

Stroke is a medical emergency. Acting F.A.S.T. can make the difference between recovery and long-term disability.

Our team enjoyed a wonderful potluck, and a special thank you to Mississippi HomeCare for treating us to a refreshing lemonade and water bar!
