Bailey is a Houston native who graduated from Itawamba Community College's nursing program in 2021. She began her nursing career in the Emergency Department in Tupelo, later served patients in the Starkville ER, and joined the Progressive Health of Houston team when our Emergency Room reopened in 2024.

Married and the proud mother of three young boys, Bailey is passionate about caring for the community she has called home her entire life. Her compassion, dedication, and commitment to providing exceptional care make a lasting impact on our patients, their families, and her fellow team members every day.

July 23 is World Sjögren's Day, a day to raise awareness about Sjögren's Syndrome, a chronic autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks the body's moisture-producing glands. While it commonly causes dry eyes and dry mouth, it can also lead to fatigue, joint pain, and other symptoms throughout the body.
