Please join us in congratulating Kristi Kelly on her promotion to Director of Strategic Initiatives at Huntsville Hospital Foundation.

Over the years, Kristi has played a vital role in securing grant funding that supports programs, equipment and services across Huntsville Hospital Health System.

In her new role, she will continue leading our grants efforts while also guiding strategic planning initiatives and helping align philanthropic support with the health system's most important priorities.

Kristi's strategic mindset, creativity and attention to detail have helped advance countless initiatives across HHF. She has a unique ability to see both the big picture and the opportunities that can help move our mission forward, and we are excited to see her continue that work in this expanded role.

Before the last point was scored, Huntsville Pickleball Club's 2026 Pickleball on the Moon had already made a lasting impact. 🌙🏓💗

Through the vision and generosity of the Pickleball on the Moon team, participants and supporters, $39,000 was raised for the Breast Cancer Patient Assistance Fund at Huntsville Hospital Foundation.

We're incredibly grateful for this community-led effort and everyone who helped turn a love of pickleball into meaningful support for local breast cancer patients. Thank you for making a difference!

The care our nurses give each day leaves a lasting impact, and so does the kindness shown to them by our community.

We’re so grateful to i3 Cares for thoughtfully supporting our nurses during Nurses Week with fresh bagels, hot coffee and handwritten notes filled with encouragement and appreciation.

These meaningful gestures were a wonderful reminder to our nurses that their compassion, dedication and long hours do not go unnoticed.

Thank you, i3 Cares, for helping uplift and encourage those who care for others every day.

When a child needs care beyond what their local hospital can provide, getting them to advanced care quickly can make all the difference.

Thanks to a major grant from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama and The Caring Foundation — along with support from Huntsville Hospital Foundation donors through the 2024 Huntsville Classic, chaired by Christine and Mike Wicks — a new Kids Care Critical Care Transport ambulance is now helping connect critically ill infants and children to advanced pediatric and neonatal care at Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children.

Built as an ICU on wheels, this unit allows critical care to begin at the bedside and continue every mile of the journey. Each year, Kids Care transports more than 700 infants and children across North Alabama and southern Tennessee.

To our donors and partners: thank you. Your generosity helps ensure children can reach the right care, at the right time, when it matters most.
