SUMMER TIME & MENTAL HEALTH βοΈπ§
Get outside. Fresh air, sunshine, and even a short walk can help reduce stress and improve your mood. Helps even more if it's at the beach or the lake (my fav places)!
Stay connected. Reach out to friends, family, or neighbors. Meaningful connections can make a big difference in how we feel!
Take care of your body. Staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, and maintaining a routine can have a positive impact on mental health!
Unplug when needed. Taking breaks from social media and screens can help reduce stress and allow you to be more present. Preaching to myself for this one!
Check in with yourself. Ask yourself how you're doing and don't hesitate to seek support if you need it!
