Something we often remind clients in session:
One “step back” does not cancel out the steps forward. 🌿

Healing isn’t linear, and growth doesn’t disappear just because you had a hard day, made a mistake, or slipped into an old pattern. You can struggle and still be making progress at the same time.

Be gentle with yourself and don’t forget to look around and notice how far you’ve already come. 🤍

✨💗 On Wednesdays We Wear Pink! 💅🏼✨

Some mental health days call for coping skills, boundaries, and deep conversations.

And some days call for putting on pink, taking silly photos with your dog, and letting yourself feel a little joy again. 🎀🐾

Research continues to show that pets can help:

💗 provide comfort during difficult moments.

Someone can smile and still be struggling. Show up to work and still be hurting. Seem outgoing, successful, funny, or “fine” while quietly carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, loneliness, or thoughts they never say out loud.

Mental health challenges are often invisible. That’s why checking in matters. A text. A call. A simple “How are you really doing?” can mean more than we realize.

Mother’s Day can be a beautiful celebration for many moms and families. 🌷
It can also be a painful or complicated day for others.

Today, we’re thinking of:
🤍 those who have lost mothers or children
🤍 those navigating strained parent-child relationships
🤍 those yearning to become parents
🤍 those who have chosen not to become parents
🤍 those carrying grief, distance, or complicated feelings today

As we celebrate motherhood, we can also practice gentleness and sensitivity toward others. 💗

A few small ways to support someone today:
💌 send a note of encouragement
🫂 offer a hug or check-in
💭 avoid deeply personal questions
🌱 respect someone’s privacy and story

You never fully know what someone may be carrying today.
