A question I ger often is how often do I need to float?

With a few regular floats, your body will tell you when it needs to float. Most of the floaters a Drift float once a month, some float every 2-3 weeks and a couple float weekly.

And most floaters float for one of two reasons: Improved sleep quality or pain relief! if your chronic pain is out of control, reach out to schedule some relief today!
