Meet the very handsome Cousteau, a local from Powells Point. He is a mix of the gentle, massive, nature of a Newfoundland with the friendly, playful spirit of a Golden Retriever which makes him an incredible companion. We have made a new friend this week with this young 2 1/2 year cutie. Hope you enjoyed your visit, see you again!

🥳 Winston, Outer Banks part time local, turned 11 years young last Saturday. Of course for his birthday a visit to the Holistic Pet Shop was a must. Winston got all his favorites treats and went to all the places he loves the most. Happy birthday, Winston, we hope you had the best day ever! 🐶🧁

🍯Honey was here! This 7 year young rescue is a Carolina Dog. They are known for their intelligence, pack mentality, and wild instincts. Featuring a hooked tail, almond-shaped eyes, and a short, weather-resistant coat, typically red ginger with buff markings and she is just gorgeous 😍. Rescued from the VA SPCA, this lucky pup is now a local right here in Kill Devil Hills. See you again Honey, thanks for the visit!👋🏼

Meet Sage, a new Kill Devil Hills local. Sage is 14 weeks young and an adorable Italian Grey Hound. She is already super smart and did sit and stay for a treat. Sage says, "stay dry and spoil your pets today at the Holistic Pet Shop", located in the Seagate North Shopping Center at 3105 N Croatan Hwy, Kill Devil Hills, NC. ☔️

😁This very happy pup is Bean! Bean will be 9 years young in June. What a great way to start the pre party with a dogcation. Traveling from NJ to OBX this Golden Doodle knows where to pick up the best goods to celebrate 🥳

🐾🐾🐾SHOW US YOUR RESCUES!🐾🐾🐾 Today is National Rescue Dog Day, yay! This is Creamy, she is 15 years young, and was rescued from Our Best Friends Rescue in New York. She is deaf but extremely smart. As long as she is looking at you she knows, sit, stay, no barking, paw and several other commands. Currently she is living her best beach life as a local in Southern Shores. 💜 Share your rescues with us!

This is Loadie! He is an 11 year young rescue.
At just 5 months old, Loadie was found on the side of the road and has been living the best beach journey since saved. Given his 105-pound frame, Loadie likely carries genetics from some magnificent large breeds, Mastiff, Great Dane, Shepherd 🤔, doesn't matter he is 100% loved. Thanks for the visit Loadie, see you again real soon. 👋🏼
