One of the biggest mindset shifts in my practice is this:
I don't see symptoms as something to silence.
I see them as clues.
Fatigue.
Bloating.
Brain fog.
Poor sleep.
Low energy.
Those experiences can have many different contributing factors, which is why I don't believe in guessing.
Instead, I start asking questions.
When did it begin?
What makes it better?
What makes it worse?
Are there patterns?
What does your health history tell us?
What do your functional assessments show?
The symptom isn't the whole story.
It's the beginning of the conversation.
When we stop viewing symptoms as the enemy and start viewing them as clues, we can better understand where the body may need support.
That's where I begin.
