We invite you to meet Amy Payne, Administrator at Lancashire Post Acute, and a valued leader on our team.
With 4 years of experience and a true passion for helping others here at Lancashire, Amy brings our core values to life each day through her leadership, dedication, and commitment to our residents and staff.
Amy knows that one of the most difficult moments for families is recognizing when a loved one can no longer live safely at home and requires a higher level of care. She takes pride in helping families navigate that transition with empathy and understanding by listening closely to their concerns, answering questions, and educating them about post-acute and memory care services. For Amy, one of the most meaningful parts of her role is watching families find comfort and peace of mind as their loved ones settle into a safe and supportive environment.
She also believes it is important to challenge the misconception that skilled nursing facilities are simply traditional nursing homes. In reality, they provide a broad spectrum of care, including rehabilitation, memory care, complex medical services, and chronic disease management, while also promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Amy’s leadership helps foster a culture where residents and staff feel connected, appreciated, and truly valued. Through meaningful engagement, celebrations, activities, and staff recognition, she helps create a welcoming, family-like atmosphere where residents feel at home and team members feel encouraged and supported.
We’re proud to spotlight Amy and thankful for the leadership and care she brings to Lancashire every day.
