Our base pay is determined by education:
• High school diploma: $18/hour
• Associate’s degree: $19/hour
• Bachelor’s degree: $20/hour
Additional pay based on relevant experience:
• 1–2 years: Add $1/hour
• 3–4 years: Add $2/hour
• 5+ years: Add $3/hour
We also offer mileage reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, VTO, and yearly raises. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, accident, and critical illness insurance.
