Is your young athlete ready for the season?

Before your child steps onto the field, court, track, or mat, make sure their sports physical is complete.

A sports physical helps determine whether your child is healthy and ready to participate. It also gives our providers an opportunity to discuss:

• Previous injuries
• Exercise and training habits
• Medications and health conditions
• Any concerns that could affect safe participation

Appointments can fill quickly during back-to-school season. Call 570.288.6543to schedule your child’s sports physical or visit pakpeds.com
