We are seeking a dynamic, patient-centric Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to head our outpatient physical therapy clinic in the heart of Pittston. In this position, you will split your time between delivering exceptional, evidence-based patient care and managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic—driving both clinical outcomes and business growth.
What You’ll Do
• Clinical Leadership: Oversee daily clinic operations, manage scheduling optimization, and champion quality assurance and compliance standards.
• Patient Care: Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload, utilizing individualized, evidence-based care plans.
• Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of therapists and support staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
• Community Engagement: Act as the face of the clinic in the Greater Pittston area, building relationships with local physicians, organizations, and residents to drive community-based marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy
• Licensure: Valid Physical Therapist license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred. Previous supervisory, management, or clinic leadership experience is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate looking to take the next step in their career.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a solid understanding of outpatient billing, and a genuine desire to connect with the local Pittston community.
