Our specialized community environments and personalized care model reconnect your loved ones to their cherished memories—helping to create a deep sense of purpose for them. Memory loss manifests itself differently in each person and we recognize the challenges faced. This specialized memory care community is near medical facilities equipped to serve the specific needs of those experiencing Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other forms of memory loss.

A lot of fun at Juanita Beach Park! 🧺☀️ Our chef grilled up delicious burgers and hot dogs for residents and their families.

The best part was the fresh blueberry muffins our residents made the day before just for the picnic!

Jefferson House residents had so much fun visiting Flower World the other week! 🌸 They enjoyed seeing all the beautiful flowers, petting some of the animals, and of course, having some ice cream! 🍦

Yesterday our residents enjoyed an afternoon of great food, live music, and games at our sister community Madison House for Fathers Day.

Happening tomorrow! 😊 Our monthly support group offers a welcoming space for connection and support. We hope you’ll join us from 12:00–1:30 PM.✨

Families of current and prospective residents are invited to gather in the first-floor conference room for conversation, education, and encouragement.
