☀️ Heading into the hotter months, it’s important to stay prepared for extreme heat and high temperatures. Several days of heat over 90°F can put extra stress on the body and increase the risk of heat-related illness, especially for older adults, children, outdoor workers, and those with health conditions.

Stay prepared by drinking plenty of water, limiting outdoor activity during the hottest parts of the day, checking on others, and knowing where to cool down if needed. 💧
