As we step into 2026, The Well is moving into a season of growth and thoughtful transition. We are seeking fully licensed LPCs who desire a meaningful, client-centered private practice home. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, depth work, and a supportive, collaborative environment.

What We Provide:

Who We’re Looking For:
• Fully licensed LPCs who accept insurance or plan to become credentialed
• Clinicians interested in or experienced with couples counseling
• Professionals who desire both independence and a connected, supportive team culture

This is a flat-rate office arrangement designed for clinicians who want to grow their own caseload within a well-established, trusted practice—without giving up a large percentage split.
