Did you know?
When performing CPR, pushing HARD and FAST is one of the most important parts of helping someone survive cardiac arrest.

✔️ Push in the center of the chest
✔️ Aim for 100–120 compressions per minute
✔️ Let the chest fully rise between compressions
✔️ Don’t be afraid — doing something is better than doing nothing
