Cindy would sit in my chair and say, do whatever you want and have fun…I trust you!

I always looked forward to her appointment, we had great conversations and laughs…. Cindy was a wonderful artist..she made beautiful quilts and her creations were award winning and featured in magazines..
When I was given my Grandmothers handmade quilts, Cindy described to me the stitching and the squares in each quilt. I remember her saying to me, what a treasure I have…

I learned a lot about her family background and her career…

She had young ideas (which i appreciated)…and always made me the most unique gifts!!

She loved cats and even though I wasn’t much of a cat lover, she always made me want to go out and get one..

Cindy was a bright light in my life and I will miss her terribly..❤️🌸🌼Rest in peace my dear friend 🌼🌸🌼you were a Diamond 💎

My mom and I walked into a beautiful antebellum home in Georgia that was an antique store. I immediately spotted this camel lamp with the silk shade. I told mother I want that lamp, she said, make them an offer Me being young and not as forward as I am now, I said I don’t really want to insult them. Mother said if you don’t make them an offer I will and I’ll buy the lamp for me. That was her way of giving me a push. So I made them an offer and they took it. The man told me that a camel is good to have in your business for luck and good Fortune.
