New on the blog: Ambition Doesn’t Run the Company — a short reflection on the difference between ambition and assignment, and why alignment matters more than just getting ahead. Read it now: https://wix.to/1TvXgcS

This morning, I came across something that stopped me in my tracks:There is a difference between ambition and assignment.Ambition asks, How do I get ahead?Assignment asks, How do I stay aligned? And I realized I’ve spent a lot of time letting those two things work side by side without recognizing w...

“Work hard, follow Me, and I will bring the rewards.” In my new blog post, I share a brief reflection on following small, faithful actions that led to unexpected rewards — and what it’s taught me about listening to others and doing the work. Read The Work Before Me: https://wix.to/TSkMsas

I've been thinking a lot about how there's no single 'right' way to step into your encore. Sarah left corporate after 28 years and started a consulting practice on her own terms. Michelle went back to school at 52 to become a therapist. And Jennifer discovered her calling in a completely unexpected place-mentoring young entrepreneurs through a nonprofit.

They didn't follow the same playbook. They didn't have it all figured out before they moved. What they *did* have was clarity about what mattered most to them, and the courage to build around that.

I'm sharing their stories because I want you to see yourself in one of them-or maybe in all three, a little bit. Your encore isn't about copying someone else's path. It's about recognizing that you're not alone in this in-between space, and that transitions like these are invitations, not endings.

So here's my question for you: Which story resonates? What's the shift you're sensing in yourself right now? Drop a comment-let's build this conversation together. This is what community looks like.

I created Encore Life because I got tired of the narrative that life peaks before 50. It doesn't.

What I've witnessed in women stepping into their encore years is remarkable: clarity they didn't have at 30. Self-knowledge that only comes from living. Permission-finally-to build a life that actually aligns with who they are, not who they thought they should be.

The transition itself is the teacher. The in-between is where the real work happens. And that's where I meet you.

If you're navigating a career shift, an empty nest, or a season of rediscovery after years of caring for others, you already know there's more ahead. The question isn't whether you have another chapter-it's whether you're going to step into it with intention.

I built three pillars to help: Discovering Your Calling, Understanding Your Body, and Creating Your Freedom. Because your encore isn't about starting over. It's about stepping into alignment.

You're not too late. You're not behind. You're exactly where you need to be.

Ready to explore what's possible? Start with one pillar, or let's talk about your whole picture.

You know there’s more.

You just can’t see the next step yet.

Welcome to the Encore Life Community—a place for those navigating the space between what was and what comes next.

I call that space the in-between.

It may begin when a career ends, a relationship changes, the children leave home, your health shifts, a familiar role disappears, or the life you built no longer feels like the life you are meant to keep living.

You may not know exactly what comes next.

You simply know there is more.

More purpose.
More understanding.
More health.
More freedom.
More of the person God created you to become.

I know this season because I have lived it.

After a 35-year career, I lost the title that had told me who I was, where I belonged, and why my voice mattered. What followed was not a quick reinvention. It was a long journey of separating who I was from the roles I had held.

Eventually, I discovered that my title had disappeared—but the woman had not.

The leader was still there.

So were the teacher, encourager, connector, creator, and guide.

The journey through my own in-between revealed my Life Title:

The Woman Who Makes the Next Step Visible.

That is the purpose of this community.

I guide others to recognize who they are beyond the roles they have held—and the God-given dream already asking to be lived.

Here, we explore three connected parts of an Encore Life:

CALLING
Recognizing who you are, what you carry, and what may be calling you forward.

HEALTH
Building the strength, energy, and understanding needed to live what comes next.

FREEDOM
Creating greater choice, purpose, and room for what matters most.

You’ll find Judy’s Notes, meaningful conversations, practical Life Guides, personal stories, and one visible next step at a time.

You do not have to have the whole plan.

You do not have to make one giant decision you can’t undo.

And you do not have to navigate the in-between alone.

Follow this page if you believe there is still more for you—even if you cannot see what that “more” looks like yet.

And if you are ready to begin recognizing who you are beyond the roles you hold, type TITLE in the comments. I’ll send you my free What Is Your Life Title? Guide.

What has changed in your life—and what “more” do you sense may be waiting beyond it?

Sometimes the business you start isn’t the one you’re meant to run. In my latest post I share how a quiet nudge turned into a new direction—and how following those small nudges reshaped everything. Read the full story and the lessons I learned along the way. https://wix.to/d6j2Iec

It always starts with a thought.A quiet nudge. An idea that won’t leave you alone.A feeling that there’s something more… even if you can’t quite define it yet. That’s how this began for me.Not with a perfect plan. Not with a polished brand. But with a thought that maybe—just maybe—there wa...

Starting over in your 60s will humble you… real quick.

You’ll try things that feel awkward.
You’ll press buttons you don’t understand.
You’ll wonder if you’re doing it “right.”

And at some point…
you’ll realize the goal isn’t to keep up.

It’s to show up.

Not like a 25-year-old influencer.
But like a woman who has lived, learned, and has something real to say.

And honestly?

That kind of presence doesn’t need filters, trends, or perfect transitions.

It just needs truth.

This is what building an encore looks like.
Not perfect… but fully yours.

✨ And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
