Our hospital district covers 1,200 square miles in North Central Washington, including the towns of Plain, Leavenworth, Peshastin and Dryden. Meet Katelin Limon, Registered Dietitian and one of this year’s scholarship recipients.

For the past 8 years, Katelin has supported patients across our community with thoughtful, evidence-based nutrition care. Through the Mark Judy Memorial Caregiver Education Fund, she will be completing advanced training in weight management for both adults and pediatrics.

As our only dietitian, this additional certification will expand services and strengthen the support available to patients with complex nutritional needs.

We’re proud to support Katelin’s continued growth and the impact she brings to our community every day.

Reminder: Free sports physicals are happening this Thursday.

⏰ 5–7 pm
📍 Cascade High School

Open to students in grades 5–11. No appointment needed—just stop by during event hours.

Students must bring a completed sports physical form signed by a parent or guardian. Forms are available at school offices and on the school website.

We look forward to seeing you there and helping get student athletes ready for the season.

Julie brings over 15 years of experience in finance and strategic planning and currently serves as a fractional CFO supporting growing companies.

Meet Katie Larsen, Medical Laboratory Technician and one of this year’s scholarship recipients.

For nearly 10 years, Katie has been a dedicated part of Cascade Medical, supporting patients and colleagues behind the scenes in the lab.

Through the Mark Judy Memorial Caregiver Education Fund, she is completing her Bachelor’s in Laboratory Science and working toward national certification.

Katie’s continued growth will strengthen laboratory services and expand what we’re able to offer our community.

We’re proud to support her journey and the commitment she brings to both her patients and her team every day.
