At Right at Home, we're often called to support some of the most complex personal care situations in the home. Whether it's advanced mobility challenges, cognitive conditions, chronic health concerns, or family dynamics that require a higher level of skill and coordination; our team has built a reputation for stepping into the cases that others may find difficult to serve.
That responsibility comes with an obligation to invest heavily in training, education, and professional development. Exceptional care doesn't happen by accident. It requires knowledgeable, confident, and well-supported professionals who are equipped to meet people where they are and help them remain safe and independent at home.
Recently, we had the opportunity to meet with Clarinda Dir, the Program Manager of Workforce and Professional Education at UCM's Lee's Summit campus. We met to explore opportunities for collaboration and discuss the future of workforce development in our community.
What made this conversation especially exciting was discovering how closely aligned we are. We believe that strengthening our community begins with strengthening the people who serve it. By creating pathways for learning, career advancement, and professional growth, we can elevate both the caregiving profession and the quality of care available throughout our region.
We’re excited and proud to be part of a community that values lifelong learning, and we can't wait to see what future collaborations bring!
