Introducing our new summer series: A Walk in the Park 🌿

You're invited to join this guided nature experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your breath, and the world around you. Hosted by Lauren DiGennaro, LMHC and Zach Graboyes, these walks will be about one-hour through Cape Henlopen State Park, paired with opportunity for connection and reflection with guided meditation and thoughtful prompts to ponder.
