This really is a sick society! At the oncology office now and there are 23 patients including myself in the waiting room.

Endless doctor visits, 90% of commercials/ads are regarding illnesses/disorders/pharmaceuticals.

Our food and water is not safe, our air is polluted, we are afraid of the sun so we don’t get enough vitamin D, we watch the news and negative stuff on TV, we live mostly indoors with a/c so now we are also allergic to pollen. Does that even make sense?

And then we wonder why we’re sick. 🤔

I’m tired of being sick! Aren’t you tired of popping pills that only render a temporary solution? I should be on 7 meds, but I refuse.

Have you considered your diet, the environment, other lifestyle choices as potential causes?

We have been conditioned to believe doctors know better, but do they really?

Yoga means ”union” and you definitely find it at Blue Anjou.

The drum circle was led by Board-Certified Music Therapist Michael Kenny Rhythm Therapy Clinic. He did an amazing job in guiding us and sharing his expertise & beautiful energy.

Blue Anjou is a yoga studio located in Old Town Lewisville, and they also offer events such as this drum circle event today as part of their celebration for being in business for 19 years!

We wish them continued success! Thank you for spreading love in a world that needs it. 💜

We will never forget! I’m sure every single person remembers where they were on that dreadful day…it’s engraved in our minds & hearts.

And yet so many continue to spew hate instead of spreading love. Not even tragedies like this can change those hearts.

Seeing so much hate in the world and in our country makes me sad.

Let’s remember to love one another.

Something as simple as our vocabulary can create shifts in our world.

Words are powerful so when we use words like “hope“ we carry that positive energetic imprint into existence.

So be selective with your words. They have power.

If you’re a negative Nelly, then perhaps being more positive will yield more positive outcomes. It starts with your frame of mind, your words, your intention. Everything is energy.⚡️
